Workshop "Preparation of project proposals according to the EU standards PCM - LFA"

From 27th to 30th November 2013, a training workshop on "Preparation of project proposals according to the EU standards PCM - LFA" was held for NGOs from all four municipalities which participate in the project activities . Given that the training lasted two days, colleagues from the NGO sector from Bar were joined in Bar by the organizations from Cetinje, while the organizations from Danilovgrad and Podgorica formed another group of NGOs that participated in the workshop held in Podgorica.

The training consisted of theoretical and practical parts and so all the participants were involved in the work. In the introductory part, there was a presentation about competition and the application process, then the definition of the project, on the stages of the project cycle, as well as the methodology of preparation of the project proposal. During the first working day, in addition to the theoretical part, the participants had the group work through which they dealt with problem analysis, analysis of objectives and analysis of stakeholders.

On the second working session, the logical framework matrix was defined, as well as its usefulness and importance, after which the participants had an opportunity to develop their own ideas and to create their own matrices within their groups, which were presented in the end.

The trainer was Radmila Miković, a PCM expert.
